We make homes for the long haul.

Vastu Decor started in 2019 — weekends in Bangalore, moonlighting before it had a name. Today we're 40+ people — designers, project managers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and painters — all under one roof in Pune.

We moved to Mumbai full-time in 2021, then planted roots in Pune while keeping active sites across Mumbai. Two cities, one standard — every project goes through our in-house workshop before it goes into your home.

We're not the cheapest studio in Pune or Mumbai, and we're OK with that. Our clients stay — 96% refer us to friends or come back for their next home. That's the metric we manage to.

Seven years,
built slowly.

2019

Started moonlighting on weekends in Bangalore — one designer, a handful of trusted craftsmen, and a phone for project updates.

2021

Moved full-time to Mumbai. First dedicated workshop. First projects above ₹50L.

2022

Expanded to turnkey services — carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting under one roof.

2023

Relocated to Pune while keeping active sites across Mumbai.

2024

300+ homes. Team of 32 craftsmen, 8 project managers.

2026

480+ homes. Still family-run. Pune studio. Mumbai sites.

Nikhil leads the design and structural side of every project. With a background in architecture and civil engineering, he translates client briefs into spaces that are both beautiful and built to last.

Every drawing, every material specification, every detail sign-off passes through him — from the first concept sketch to the day the keys are handed over.

Business Partner
